Refund & Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrives defective,

  • The product is malfunctioning,

  • You received an incorrect item.

To request a replacement or refund due to a defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video showing the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the evidence, we will confirm if a refund or replacement is approved.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Opened items without proven defect

Breathing Snoopy plush toys are considered intimate and hygiene-sensitive items and cannot be returned once opened, unless the product is defective.
